Effective Date: August 7, 2026

1. Introduction

Onyx AC, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Toolrack Android application (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use Toolrack, and outlines your privacy rights.

As a developer publishing on the Google Play Store, we are committed to transparency regarding the information handled by our application.

2. Information We Collect

Toolrack is designed to operate without requiring users to provide personal information. We do not intentionally collect personal information such as names, email addresses, telephone numbers, physical addresses, or contact information through the normal use of the Service.

2.1 Bug Reports and Diagnostic Information

If you choose to submit a bug report, Toolrack may collect limited diagnostic information generated by the application for the purpose of understanding, investigating, and resolving technical issues.

This information may include application logs, error messages, stack traces, application version information, and other technical information directly relevant to the reported problem.

The bug-reporting feature is designed to collect only the minimum diagnostic information reasonably necessary to investigate the reported issue. Toolrack does not intentionally collect unrelated device logs or personal information through this feature.

Bug reports are submitted only when you choose to send them. The diagnostic information is used for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving the Service.

Please note that technical logs may, in some circumstances, contain information generated by the application that was not specifically intended to identify you. We recommend that you review the information presented to you before submitting a bug report.

3. How We Use Your Information

Any information collected through the Service is used only for purposes necessary to operate and improve Toolrack, including:

  • Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve Toolrack.
  • Bug Fixing and Technical Support: To investigate errors, diagnose technical problems, and improve application stability.
  • Payments: Users can pay for products or services using supported payment methods, including Google Pay.

We do not use collected information for advertising, remarketing, or behavioral tracking.

4. Payments

Toolrack may allow users to pay for products or services using Google Pay.

Payment transactions may be processed by the applicable payment service provider. Payment credentials and other sensitive payment information are handled according to the applicable payment provider’s privacy practices and are not intentionally collected or stored by Toolrack itself.

5. GDPR Privacy Notice (European Economic Area)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information.

Where we process information in connection with providing the Toolrack service, our legal basis may include the performance of a contract where processing is necessary to fulfill our obligations in providing the Service.

Where applicable, you may have rights including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, as well as other rights provided under applicable data protection law.
